I have checked the confirmation email and it says 'Character Name Unavailable' so I think this might be the cause of the problem. However, I do not have multiple accounts with the same email address so I'm slightly confused why it can't find my character name. When I log in to the Runescape website account page, it shows my correct email and display name so I'm not sure what is going on here.
I also had a look back through older confirmation emails and I noticed that another email received at the end of August also had 'Character Name Unavailable' so this issue my have been going on for a while. I'm still receiving marketing emails to the same email address which contain the correct character name so I think something might not be correct with my account?
Do you still suggest that I contact billing support via the Transfer purchase ticket?
