I am frustrated as well for the same reasons Satans Soule listed above. My bank is full and I am unable to effectively play.

I understand about the backlog in personal communications but I have not seen this bug reported in a public announcement anywhere. Communication is key. a public notice that you re aware and that it is being worked would go a long way. There are probably others who are struggling with the same problem but dont know about or read the forums.

I look forward to an equitable solution on this issue and appreciate the support escalation! I certainly wish it could have been solved more quickly (pretty unfortunate timing) but it's good to know a solution should be coming soon.

Finally got a reply from one of the mods at Jagex. It basically states that: Thank you for your patience, we're aware of this problem and looking into a solution for this. Do you have an alt account we can transfer some of your membership to?
No, I do not have an alt.
We will probably find a workable solution in the first half of 2023. Thank you for your continued patience.

That's quite a long time to wait for a solution to a somewhat crippling problem, in my opinion. I take this answer as a forced vacation of sorts from the game. See you in half a year, I guess...
