hey i noticed u guys charged my bank account 3 times for my 6 months membership. last night i attempted to buy it, but it said it wasn't working, "you guys locked my account the minute, i was going to buy it." anyway it isn't showing the days for every month just 184 days. is there any way u can fix this
Check the 'Messages' tab in account management.
How many payment successful messages do you see in there?
If you see three messages, you can contact Billing Support and get two of the payments refunded.
Use the contact point on the
Refunds
support page.
If you only see one message, it means the other two payments failed to proceed and the money will be returned to your bank account without you having to do anything.
When a purchase fails, the bank is holding the money out of your account but will return it when they realise the purchase has failed. It will look like you have done multiple payments but, within a few days, the extra payments disappear and the money reappears.
Is your account still locked or have you fixed that?
