Literally unable to cancel sub

So, I go to the cancel subscription, on an account that i was literally just logged into game. "You don't have a subscription".

So i check it by card. "No subscriptions found"

So i try to contact support.
it loops me back to the same page i struck out on.

Literally NO way to contact their support for ACTUAL help with this problem.

What the **** kind of company runs this shit show?!??!!?!

You can have "membership" without a "subscription", if you bought it with bonds, gift card, a one-time payment for a specified length of time, or through Amazon. Membership bought through a third party such as Steam or your mobile provider, needs to be canceled through those parties.

To determine if you have an active subscription, see the Is your subscription active? article in the Support Centre.

The Cancel Subscription article should help, particularly if you purchased your membership through Steam, Google, or Apple,

When a subscription is cancelled, membership does not cease immediately. The account will continue to use the paid for membership until the paid for time is all used up.

Log into account management and check the Membership information on the right hand side of the page, it will say either "Recurring Membership" or "Member until xx/xx/xxxx".

If it says Recurring Membership, it means you have a subscription that can be cancelled.
If it says Member until xx/xx/xxxx, it means you have already cancelled the subscription and the membership time is just ticking down.
