Unable to Pay Unpaid Balance

I am having an issue. I have an unpaid balance because my bank decided to be helpful and file chargebacks (not prompted by me) for some OSRS purchases. Well, now I have an unpaid balance. No problem, just settle it, right? Wrong. I have been stuck on 6 different devices and 5 different web browsers on the "We're getting your order ready..." page. How can I pay this balance if the website will not load??? I am not disputing the charges, they're legitimate. I just want to pay the balance and restore access to my account. Can anyone offer any help here?

Have you tried talking to your bank and insisting that they reverse their actions and allow the payments back through to Jagex?

The way to resolve this in a manner that least impacts you is to insist that your bank process those payments again.

You need to be tough with your bank over this, otherwise Jagex will never allow you to pay with your credit/debit card again and will make your future payments options very difficult.

Also, a message to Billing Support won't be read until Monday.

p.s. sorry, I see the above link is a tech support link, not a payment support link. Tech support do run 24/7.

It is unlikely the OP will see your post as they haven't been back to this thread for two months.

When you have a debt stopping you from logging in, it means your account is frozen until the issue is resolved one way or the other.

The support page to read is the Settle an Unpaid Balance page.
Read through that page and follow the instructions under the relevant heading.

If your account debt was caused by a hijacker, use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom to navigate to a message form to message Billing Support as they will need to check your account. It will take them up to 48 hours to reply.
While you wait, take some time to review your account security. Use these instructions: Securing your account

I’m having issues with loading screen “we’re getting your order ready…”. I am not trying to dispute the charges simply trying to pay off the unpaid balance. I made it as far as ‘proceed to checkout’ and than it’s an endless load screen.
