My membership expires in 2025 so i don't get the option to purchase premier membership and last year's bonuses have since expired. I went to twitter to get help and was told to load a ticket which I did & it has been over a week and zero response. I feel ignored and letdown.
The server issues have only been the last few days so not an excuse for no response. Resident Clan LoreNut
