I too am yet to receive the code for the two day pass.
I had a look at through the support bot they have but nothing seems to cover missing a message from Jagex or not receiving a redemption code.

There doesn't seem to be anywhere to contact anyone about it except for here (which I couldn't do today because the forums appeared to be in Lockdown because of the server issues again.) Any suggestions as to which option to select for the support bot?

I'm unable to play any platform other than mobile, so I wondered if that was an influence too.

Try messaging Billing Support about this problem.
Start on the Unsuccessful payment support page and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom to get to a message form.
While 'Unsuccessful Payment' isn't the exact issue, it won't matter as the message form will still get to the people that need to see it.

There is a significant delay in response times to messages at the moment. :(
It could be a week before you receive a reply.
Make sure you keep checking the 'Messages' tab on your account each day.
