I too am yet to receive the code for the two day pass.
I had a look at through the support bot they have but nothing seems to cover missing a message from Jagex or not receiving a redemption code.
There doesn't seem to be anywhere to contact anyone about it except for here (which I couldn't do today because the forums appeared to be in Lockdown because of the server issues again.) Any suggestions as to which option to select for the support bot?
I'm unable to play any platform other than mobile, so I wondered if that was an influence too.
