I purchased RuneCoins with my debit card & they have not been funded to my account. I can provide documentation & verification of the purchase & I also have my receipt where I was charged. Was wondering what I need to do to get this issue resolved. Thanks I'm advance.. Street SharkZ

Heya Shark,

Debit Cards usually only work if you're located in the UK, since Jagex is based in the United Kingdom.

It could be that your bank is holding the money for you (hence it being taken out of your account) while they wait for it to be claimed from the company you purchased from (Jagex in this case). If the purchase ends up failing, you will be refunded the money within 5-10 days. :) See here: Didn't receive my RuneCoins

When i download the game (new client) i have to choose between repair and uninstall.
Both optiona dont work. Reapiring sais it cant find a file on my disk
Uninstall is not working it takes 2 hours nothing happens.

Can some one help me please.
