It's been 2 weeks for a transfer membership purchase support ticket, no response. I understand Jagex posts all over the website that there are slower response times, but they also that the typical ETA is 2 days. Did I do something wrong? Or are response times this delayed? Just trying to do what I can to have this rectified, thanks all.

Yes, response times are this delayed.

Before Christmas tickets were taking nearly three weeks to be processed and replied to.

Thanks, yeah that's unfortunate but I appreciate the response. I really just wanted a more accurate point of reference and reassurance it wasn't on my end, seems like that isn't the case, it just takes a while.
