Does anyone know how to transfer keys, or ask for a refund for purchased keys? I tried to go through the support system, but it does not work, and I have no idea how to get in touch with Jagex otherwise. I put in my email address when logging in to buy keys instead of my player name; thus, my keys are on a nonexistent account.

Bought items on the wrong account
support page, read it and use the 'Transfer Items' button to navigate to a message form to message Billing Support.
