Sorry if this doesn’t belong here. I was trying to figure out how on earth I can get in contact with someone about canceling my current membership so that I can switch to premier club. I know I can wait until it expires, but I’d rather not wait if I don’t have to. Thanks!

The answer to your question depends on what type your current membership is.
If it is a recurring membership bought directly from Jagex, you do not need to cancel it. When you purchase Premier Club, your regular membership will be suspended until your Premier Club expires. At that point it will resume, at the same rate as before you purchased Premier Club.
If you currently subscribe through mobile, that will need to be cancelled through Google Play or Apple Pay.
