hi. i have had prem membership that i pay for yearly for the last few years. my current membership ran out on the 14th Jan but no matter how i try i cant renew premier and yet others have no problems. All i get offered is the normal membership for 1 month, despite clicking on the appropriate button from the website, from solomons and anywhere else i can find. any ideas please?

Players that have this problem have too much excess regular membership sitting there waiting to be used up which is preventing them from adding a Premier Membership.

There are only two ways around this problem:
1. Use up some of your regular membership until you don't have so much excess.
2. Contact Billing Support and get some of the excess membership transferred across to another account you own, enabling you to buy Premier.

To message Billing Support and get your account checked, go to the Transfer purchase support page and use the 'Contact Us' button.
Please be aware that there is a delay in responding to player tickets currently ( Delayed response times ).
