No option to buy Premier.

I'm trying to re-up my current premier, but the option is not there. I only see base membership for 6 months and 1 month. I do not have a reoccurring payment subscription, but my account has membership until 2024 due to all the membership packages I've purchased.

I'm unsure what to do, but I still have the artifact in the game that I cannot use.

The part that confuses me is that I do not have an active reoccurring membership on my account, but the premier club is not listed.

Announcement about this problem of not being able to purchase Premier Membership


Players experiencing problems purchasing Premier Membership should message Billing Support to get some individual assistance.
There is a buggy issue with the billing system that is affecting some players currently.
Jagex is now addressing the issue internally and would like affected players to message them.

Please use the 'Contact Us' button on the Transfer purchase support page.
While a "transfer" isn't exactly the issue, the contact point is good enough to get your message to the people that need to see it.
