Can not buy membership

Hi guys! I am trying to buy membership for this account but i'm having problems. I have 2 accounts but I only want this account to be a member. So when i log into this account on the runescape page and click on become a member, once i hit that page im logged into my other account. I have completely signed out of the other account yet it still takes priority on the membership page. Lol im a little confused and hoping someone can help me out with this.

Ok I figured it out. When you hit the membership page its actually a different site. Payment. jagex so I actually had to log out on that page as well then re sign in.
