Thank you for trying to solve my problem. I now understand what is meant by an add-on.

I used to buy gold premier club membership using my credit card. Ever since bonds were able to be used to pay for premier I've used those. As long as I still play I will almost certainly get the full year premier membership.

Ah...Bonds!
That is why your account is still showing the one month sub and not Premier Membership though it doesn't explain why you can't cancel the one month sub.

Buying Premier with Bonds is the only way to pay in a non-renewable method.
You have to manually pay with Bonds each year if you want to keep paying with Bonds.
