hey so I logged in and tried to see when my membership was going to rebill. however when I tried to search for my subscription, it says that none exist. I even tried searching by card and still turned up nothing. but on the my account page it says my membership is recurring.

but i have no way of cancelling. Which means i'm trapped paying every month. Should I cancel my card so Jagex can;t just keep taking money?

I even have receipts for this purchase. both on the site and in my email, but when i search for my subscription, it says that i don't have one.

i need help. otherwise i will be forced to cancel this card so that jagex just can't eternally charge me.

ps. on the my account pager where it says "recurring membership" it does not show an expiry date even though i only bought the one month recurring and not a yearly.

Hi there!

You should be able to go to the subscription management page , & this will let you cancel by logging into your account or by entering your card info. This should make it to where you are no longer automatically billed & the remaining time that you have on your membership will still exist. :)

I have just done a check to see if I can replicate the issue.
'Search by card' isn't working
'Search by account' is working

The account management main page just shows 'Recurring Membership' without showing the next rebill date but if you can get 'Search by account' working it will show the rebill date.

If you have a payment confirmation message, the next rebill date will be three days before that date in the next month.
For example: if you paid on 10th January, your rebill date will be 7th February. Jagex always rebill three days before a subscription ends.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, follow the instructions on the Cancel Subscription support page.
If you find you still can't get into the right page, try clearing your browser cache then try the payment system again.
