I have a mobile subscription, and I want to purchase premier for the shard and for the perks.
Jagex makes it impossible to contact them, and the site won’t let me purchase premier with an existing subscription. My current subscription doesn’t end until 21 January 2022.
Try reaching Jagex through the
request a refund
support page. It's not the most logical contact form, but Jagex may clear your remaining membership days for you so that you can purchase Premier Club.
