Need help
On my side I bought a bond to stay 14 days member, what happened is that he sent me a code to redeem in my account then I logged in with my email and entered another account associated with that email, I put the code there and the member was associated with that same account (one in which I had never played and created I have no idea why) however I was left without the bond I bought and without the member on the account where I bought the bond... I would like to have my membership canceled on this account that I never played on and that they put on my main account which have the same email.

You can apply to have the membership transferred across to another account.
Instructions: Transfer purchase

On a side note: if you logged in with your email and ended up on another account, it means the side account you have been using has a different login. Logins are unique.
How did you create that account? through a mobile app?
If you created it through a mobile app, it might not yet have its own unique login.
