Hi there,

I cancelled my membership 6 months ago but i'm still being charged,
On my both my RS and OSRS accounts it says im not a member, but the money keeps being taken from my bank... Please help !!!

Work through the points on the Unknown transaction support page.

It is possible to check and cancel payments without access to the account but with access to the credit card.
If you need to contact Jagex Billing Support for help or to request a refund, use the 'Contact Us' button on that page to navigate to a message form.
