Didn’t get all the bonds...?

Dear people,

I ordered today 15 OSRS Bonds, 2 different packages. But I only got 10 from the 15 Bonds I bought, what can I do? The payment was succesful. What should happen to get the other 5 i’m still missing?
Any help would be nice.

Have you received any confirmation about your purchases from Jagex? (either email or message in the 'Messages' tab in account management)

Jagex always confirms a successful purchase with a message.
It could be that only one purchase succeeded - you may have hit your purchase limit.

Work through the Unsuccessful payment support page.

I just bought the large package 10 bond rs3 but only received 8 of them. Went into the buy page to check if it says 8 instead of 10 on last line of purchase, but it says 10.

I logged out, and logged back in, and now there are 10 bonds there...odd.
