I bought premier club with bonds the day it was released but i am still getting billed for the monthly membership. How can I get ahold of Jagex to stop billing me for membership and possibly get a refund?
If you bought Premier Club, your usual membership payment should pause.
Do you have another account?
Check the payment confirmation email as it will tell you exactly which account was being paid for and what was bought.
Also, check the 'Messages' tab inside your account management area. If there is no payment message to match the monthly sub on your Premier Club account, it means you have been paying for another account.
Go to the
Unknown transaction
support page and work through the points.
There is a 'Contact Us' button on that page to get to a message form to message Billing Support if needed.
