Yet to receive lockout refund

My account was one of the long-time "Login-Lockout" affected users with an active 2021 Gold Premier Club, and having received an inbox message stating that a 5 bond refund would appear in my character's inventory shortly after if the 2022 Gold Premier Club was purchased with in-game bonds, which I did, and have yet to receive the said 5 bond refund to my account. What could be the issue here? How long does it actually take for the bond refund to appear?

Hello Gwencentric,

The 5 bonds will appear in your currency pouch. You can locate this in the bottom of your inventory with a gold/emerald jewelry icon.
The bonds should arrive on your account within a week of having gotten Premier Club. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
