Cannot Cancel Membership

I'm trying to cancel my membership but the support page is saying there is no active subscription. I've tried cancelling through both Account and Card search and they both say the same thing despite money clearly coming out of my account every month.

When was the last payment taken and did you try to cancel after that date?
You may have already cancelled successfully.

If you believe another payment was taken after you cancelled, go to the Unknown transaction support page and work through the points.

There is a 'Contact Us' button on that page that can be used to navigate to a message form to message Billing Support.

Appreciate the reply, Malua. My last payment was November 29th, and I don't recall trying to cancel before now. I've tried going through the 'contact us' route but it just leads back to the support page which doesn't help my problem
