I'm trying to cancel my membership but the support page is saying there is no active subscription. I've tried cancelling through both Account and Card search and they both say the same thing despite money clearly coming out of my account every month.
Appreciate the reply, Malua. My last payment was November 29th, and I don't recall trying to cancel before now. I've tried going through the 'contact us' route but it just leads back to the support page which doesn't help my problem
