Cant buy more keys

I just bought 3 months membership and 450 keys. New account returning because a friend mentioned it.

Normally I wouldnt buy more keys right away but I figured its on a decent promo now so mine as well.

However now the option to buy keys isnt there, only the option to double my keys daily, and the solomons store option is completely non existent. it says "You are not eligible for any items in this category"

Is it because my account is new? or something?

There are several reasons why you might be getting that error message:
- If you responded to a promotion - these promotions are one time use only
- You may have hit the purchase limit for your account.
- If you have been buying through a mobile app then tried buying through the website (or vice versa), you wouldn't be able to.
