Not seeing the 4 umbral chest

Ok, so I've gone into my prime gaming redeem area. And there's nothing for 4 umbral chests, I've relogged a thousand time but nothing appears, can a mod or someone help me understand why it's everywhere listed about the chests but why I'm not seeing it on my prime account all i see is it advertised everytime i login to runescape

Ah! Your first post made it sound like you couldn't see the offer on the Prime Gaming side of things.

The currency pack for the current offer is 400 RuneCoins and 20 Treasure Hunter keys, which should have been added automatically to your key and RuneCoin balances in the MarketPlace, rather than an item in your inventory that you need to open.

As far as only getting 1 umbral chest instead of 4, according to the Prime Gaming FAQ - Rewards : "Umbral chests are automatically added to your Inventory (Backpack). If your inventory is full, they will be held until you free up some space and log back in, or talk to Diango."
