I had a recurring membership on a debit card that I cancelled, so when the membership ran out obviously I was not rebilled but whenever I go to try to change the payment it says I’m ineligible for any products. Payment center says I have an active recurring membership but when I click details it says no active membership and the circle continues. This has happened before and here we are again I’m standing in members only and not able to buy more members so I’m effectively perma banned until this gets straightened out. Good ole Jagex doesn’t care enough to have an actual tech support staff so I’m basically just venting to you all.
Any ideas?
