I bought yesterday a Premier membership and i miss a few things.

In the benifits tab it says that i have 970/1470 bank spaces,
but in the game in my bank it is 546/970

I also should have acces to the portal in the Grand Exchange
but there is no option to enter it
It says that i did not visite it this month,
but how can i visit it when i cannot enter it and will miss it for this month?

I did not checked everthing yet.

My question is if these are bugs?

This article will help you find out what exactly comes with Premier Club: Premier Club Content

Check your ability to access all that content.
If you find you cannot access the content, check your purchase.
Either the purchase has not yet been applied to your account or else you did not buy Premier Club.
You should have a confirmation email telling you what exactly you have purchased.
There should also be a confirmation message in the 'Messages' tab on your account.

The message "You've currently got 970/1470 bank spaces" means the current limit in your bank is 970 but the absolute max is 1470 and you could have up to 1470 if you purchased more Bank Boosters.
Read the rest of the message under 'Bank Spaces'.


The number in your bank 546/970 means you are currently using 546 of your available spaces. You have a further 424 unused spaces.
