If the first Bond you bought has not been received, you need to contact the Google Play store.
The link is at the bottom of the Common Mobile Payment Issues support page.

You need to check your Google Play store account to see what has happened to the purchase.
Until you get this resolved, I don't recommend rushing to buy any more.

Spoke to Google and they said I will get refund for items I have not received. Just to check how long normally it takes to the bond and does weekend effect this?

How long does it take to transfer bond and do I need to redeem all bonds before transfer onto rs3?

It can take up to 48 hours and, yes, a weekend will slow the process down.

I haven't transferred any Bonds from OSRS to RS3 but I recommend following the instructions exactly.
If it says redeem the Bond, then you need to redeem all the Bonds.

The Bond transfer process is used primarily for when a player makes a mistake and buys a Bond in the wrong game version in error.
I have to say I have not come across a player who is going to deliberately buy a bunch of Bonds in the wrong game version and then apply to have them all transferred.

I know what you are trying to do - use your Google Play credits when only OSRS Bonds are available to buy.
But I advise you to be wary.
Because Google Play do not sell RS3 Bonds, Jagex may refuse to assist - because there could be no possibility of a mistake in the purchase as OSRS Bonds are the only ones available anyway.

If you are using the beta trial version of mobile RS3, do you know whether a Bond can be used in the Beta?
I don't know enough about the beta RS3 to know the answer but I will ask a few people for you.
