I'm currently in a bind where i bought the 3 month membership on ios just before the golden shards stuff was released. I'm looking to upgrade to premier but everywhere i read says i need to wait until my membership runs out before i can actually upgrade (on website)
i was looking at the subscription details and had canceled my renewal and all that but i saw theres a 12 month membership option on ios. i don't think so, but is that the same as premier? am i just screwed out of that golden shard?
is there anything i can do?
i've tried everything ive seen online with other people having this issue and it doesn't seem like there's anything i can do...
Does the 12 month membership package read 'Gold premier club'?
The reason I'm asking is, there is also a regular 12 month membership package offered. This does not give Premier Club or discount benefits.
I suggest reaching Apple Support and see if they can cancel your subscription and reset the remaining days, before the 3 month subscription is planned to end.
If Apple is unable to grant your wish, try
requesting a refund
through Jagex instead and explain you'd like your Apple subscription to reset so that you can purchase Premier Club.
