Good evening.

Indecently bought 3 bonds from the website to this exactly account, as I always did. But this time, insider receive it. I have payment proof from my bank that the payment was successfully, and yet there is nothing on my bond pouch, neither my inventory or my In-game bank. It never happened before. I don’t play osrs for more than a year, and was happily returning yesterday. Spend 50 reais in real life (Brazilian money).

Work through the instructions on the Find my Bond support page.

The usual explanation for this is either:
* the Bonds were purchased for the wrong game version
* the purchase was declined
* the purchse is still processing

That support page will take you through everything and there is a contact point to message Jagex Billing Support at the bottom. But work through the instructions first before you use the message form.
