Can’t purchase Premier Club

I bought my membership through Apple mobile and I now want to upgrade to Premier Club, but Apple settings do not have Premier subscription available. When I try purchasing it via RS website this message shows: “You are not eligible for any items in this category”.

I have gone thru various support links, but can find no actual solution.

1. If I cancel my Apple subscription, how do I then purchase Premier Club for mobile?
2. Can mobile users purchase Premier Club membership?
3. If I cancel my Apple subscription and am able to set up further subscription somehow do I retain all my previous in-game progress, and items?

Please help me, as I am currently going around in circles, with support links that don’t lead to a solution, which is frustrating.

Hi,

It's not possible to add new membership onto an account that has an active subscription through Apple (readme) . If you want to purchase Premier Club, you will have to cancel your subscription and let it expire before you can make your purchase.
If you contact Apple support, you might be able to ask for a refund or have them reset your remaining days, so that there's less waiting time until you're eligible to purchase Premier Club.

1 & 2. It can be purchased via RS website, Apple or by redeeming 20 in-game bonds.
3. In order to purchase Premier Club, your current subscription will need to expire. Once it expires, your Loyalty streak resets, with all other account progression remaining untouched. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

If your refund request doesn't go through, rest assured your membership will expire within 30 days if you cancel it today.
