Update I'm disputeing the charge jagex since I can't get any help with this throu support my advice put a check box to indicate if the user wants recurring charges or not instead of scamming payments off your customers
All membership subscriptions purchased through the website are recurring.
This is advised on the payment page when you purchase. You need to read through the page, there isn't too much to read.
The only way to stop a recurring payment is to cancel the membership sometime during the term, before the next payment is taken.
A refund will be offered only if the unwanted membership was not used.
If you started using it, then tried to claim a refund, Billing Support would have refused the refund.
