Hello all,

I come with a problem that I am not sure how to solve. I was apart of the lockout this past year and I bought the premier membership before I could take advantage of the discount. I have filed for a refund for the discounted price either funded back to me or in a way of a bond and some keys but nothing has been said back to me. Ive requested twice this whole week and just wondering if anyone else has this problem? I hate to be a karen but just would like to take advantage of what I have been promised. If theres anyway a mod could help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
