Can't cancel OSRS membership

I don't remember cancelling and I am trying to cancel but in the support center it says there are no active subscriptions, please help. I can't contact anyone in customer support either, there is no support email. The support thing doesn't solve my issue. I don't want to get rebilled for mems but no matter where I look there is no option to cancel.

Did you pay through the website here?
Or did you pay through another platform e.g. PayPal, Google, Steam etc.?

When cancelling, you have to cancel through the website/platform you paid through.

thanks for getting back to me Malua, I was just afraid there would be a glitch or something but it did cancel successfully. I kinda don't remember canceling it, so that made me think it was invisible or something, etc anyways thank you
