I don't remember cancelling and I am trying to cancel but in the support center it says there are no active subscriptions, please help. I can't contact anyone in customer support either, there is no support email. The support thing doesn't solve my issue. I don't want to get rebilled for mems but no matter where I look there is no option to cancel.
thanks for getting back to me Malua, I was just afraid there would be a glitch or something but it did cancel successfully. I kinda don't remember canceling it, so that made me think it was invisible or something, etc anyways thank you
