Premium Membership problems

I paid for 12 month subscription following the premium member advertisement link, I got the membership and loyalty points but did not receive cosmetics. I cant find anything to indicate I got the premium and I'm not sure if I got the other bonuses or what to do.

I googled about sending a ticket and went through the support center enough to feel like they don't want to make it easy to send a ticket because I couldn't find any form to fill out. So here i am.

The report bug option in game wasn't getting me anywhere either.

Calm but unhappy, hoping for some dev help.
Appreciate it.

Transaction ID to be provided upon request from dev as I'm not sure if people can do anything nefarious with it.

I believe you need to 'claim' the items from the Marketplace interface.
