Wondering if it's possible to upgrade from regular members to premier. I bought 12 months membership all at once in early september and it seems premier costs less than that, and I'd like to upgrade to 12 months premier without paying for another year all at once if possible.

Tried looking through the support centre pages but there doesn't appear to be a way to contact support for my question there.

It's not possible to "upgrade" to Premier Club - it has to be bought as a separate purchase.

This is because Premier Club offers a number of benefits that regular membership does not offer.
The only way to get these benefits is to buy the Premier Club membership and get your account into the computer system for Premier Club plus its benefits.
Billing Support can't manually add the benefits and do an upgrade, it just doesn't work that way.

What options do you have?
Wait a few months before purchasing Premier Club so that you use up more of your 12 months membership. Premier Club will stay on sale until February and you still get the full 12 months of Premier Club benefits no matter when you buy, now or later.
The unused 12 month subscription will just sit there, resuming when your Premier Club time ends.
