hey yall i ought a pack of 15 keys on my google play store account i got an email from google play saying the transaction was sucsefull and indeed my account got charched but i never got the keys what do i do now ?

oh yea and btw i contacted customer support but it keeps kicking me out after i typed my ticket its says it can't verivy if i am human :/

It can take up to 24 hours for a Google Play purchase to be added in to your Runescape account.
How long have you waited?

Check the troubleshooting on the Common Mobile Payment Issues support page under the "Membership / Item not added to account" heading.
