Member in Rs3 but not Osrs? Thread is locked

I purchased a 3 month membership a few weeks ago, but for some reason the website still says i'm not a member and I can't use anything member wise on osrs. Did I purchase the wrong thing, or what's going on?

Thank you in advance for the help! I tried going to customer support but couldn't ever find how to talk to someone.

Membership applies to a single account in both RS3 and OSRS.

Check that you are using the same account (same login/same in-game display name) in both RS3 and OSRS.

If your display name in each game is different it means you are using two separate accounts and would need two memberships, one for each account.
