I just paid for a new month of membership but i did not receive it. the money was withdrawn from my bank account but i got a messege in my rs mail that the payment didnt come thru..
its weird because i did pay it... i find it hard to get a hold on costumer service so hopefully i get help via this route.
I can see your profile says it has members since September - which payment method was used for that, e.g SMS, Credit Card, Apple etc. ?
