I was given a bond by Kidd508 I do not know if you guys can go in and look at in game footage we met in world 3 and traded for one at the entrance to the Grand Exchange and I redeemed it for a 14 day membership. However even after about 24 hours I have not received my membership nor will it let me do partake in anything a member can do. Please when and if you do activate it renew it for 14 days from that day not from yesterday my thanks<3, Lanajah

question - did you redeem it for membership? Or did you accidentally redeem it for a membership code that is meant to be used on a Fresh Start World account? Don't worry if you did, it can be redeemed on any account, it just takes an extra step or two to get your membership....

No, you aren't in the right place for this kind of problem. You have posted in the payment issues section of the forums. :P

About the lost item, it depends how you lost it as to whether Jagex will replace it.
Have a read of the information on the Lost items support page.
If you feel your account qualifies for a replacement due to the circumstances, there is a 'Submit a Claim' button on that page.
