So Okay, I connect through steam. Did a purchase, and whoops it went to the wrong account, because the one I had via steam I hadn't registered to an email yet. Did that, fixed it. But Still the membership went to the wrong account.

Found out where it says to transfer.. Did that. It's been roughly 6 days by my time. Now, when I initially read it said 48 hours ... Now I'm hearing it's backed up. So my question is simple, about how long will I have to wait to actually be able to use the membership. In otherwords, how long is the new estimated wait time before they fix an issue like this?

I haven't played the other account because I don't want to accidently activate something and it says if any part is activated I can't transfer the membership. I am still playing on the non member one that I'm trying to get it transfered to... Hope I don't have to avoid that too? Anyways, I don't mind being patient, I just need to know HOW patient I should be.

Same problem here, first time that I buy membership and get this issue because of the change in the login process. Apparently now we can have more than 1 account associated with the same e-mail, I logged in through Google (e-mail associated with my account) but instead it assumed it was a new account and now I have a membership on an account with the same e-mail and no character created whatsoever.

Logged a ticket to transfer or correct the issue on the 4th of December and haven't received any support so far. Is there an accurate time frame for solving the issue?

While It sucks to be in the the boat, glad to know I'm not alone. Please do let me know if you get any answer. I am still waiting myself. It's now 9 days. Only reason I have any membership atm is because of having a prime membership which gives a weeks worth of membership. I've seen some people having similar issues, though not the same, one I read said it took them 3 weeks before something they had wrong got fixed.

I wonder if they are just under staffed? Holidays are always hard to begin with as well... I am trying to be patient, I don't mind playing ftp for a while, but I do wanna know the gift given me will actually be used. Thus far the only response I got was the automated one saying I have my ticket number.

If that happens, waiting a month, well then it happens, I can wait. But I hope if THAT happens they actually give me 12 months of membership and not 11... That'd be sux.

Thank you for letting me know to only count weekdays and not Sat & Sun. Helps a bit. It's also good to know that they will reply. Sucks that today is the last day on my main that I'll have the temp membership and it'll run out, before the actual membership which I ordered on the 1st actually gets transferred to the correct account. I sign in hoping I'll get a msg saying "It's been transferred. I check daily, still not happened. I'm patient, but it just seems like a waste of money to me. Was suppose to be an early xmas present from my hubby. He feels like a heel, I keep telling him not to worry, be patient, and besides it was a nice thought, we both just didn't know better, if we had this issue wouldn't have occurred.

, I have received a reply to the flag I did for you and the JMod advises that your ticket is still in the queue and will be dealt with in the next 1-2 days.

I apologise that it has taken so long. The normal response time is within 48 hours but there has been a cascade of issues that have caused longer and longer delays over the past couple of months. :(

Malua Thank you so much for a response, and the positive information. I needed something positive to hear today, I just tested positive for Covid a couple days ago, and had the worst night ever last night... So it was nice to hear something positive. Thank you so much.

As it is, even playing ftp has been helpful with dealing with the mental issues of Covid. Regardless of the physical issues it's been giving me. It'll be nice to have the membership kick in and reap the rewards I was hoping to reap it'll be like opening a Christmas present all over again.

Looking forward to it, Thank you for the update.
