Purchased membership the other day. Which is confirmed in my inbox. Says my membership is not active so I just bought a bond on top of that. Won’t even let me use a bond to redeem for members or let me back in membersworld because it says I’m out of membership. Yet your damn game thinks I am still a fucking member!?!?! Imagine paying $20 to not be able to access a game with a once a year tournament for dmm. Killer job by the way with in game help. Little to no customer service to the point of where I have to go on your damn forums to bitch about it. Thanks again jagex

If you have previously subscribed to Membership through Apple, that would be the reason you're unable to extend your membership. If the game says you have membership but you're unable to sign into members world, I suggest you get in touch with payment support:
