Has anybody had issues with unpaid balances? I quit playing a few months back on my account and I always used the 3 month membership subscription and also bought a few bonds over the course of time. I cancelled my account membership whenever I quit playing.
After months of not even logging into the game, I now can't log into my account because of a supposed $350 unpaid balance. I do not see how this is possible since I had quit my membership on my account months ago.
Is there something that I do not understand about payments, or did someone try to use fraudulent payments on my account? I have not had any money withdrawn from my bank account since my last membership subscription months ago.
