No bonds from prepaid card

Hi there
If both your inventory and bank are full, the Bonds won't show up until you create space for them.
If you are certain there are no space problems, you will have to message Billing Support and get them to check your account.
Start on the Find my Bonds support page and use this navigation: Contact Us -> Found them -> (either) RuneScape (or) Old School (depending which game version you redeemed the card in)
I know you haven't "found them" but that is the button you need to click to get through to a message form.
