Hello, today I purchased premier club gold. I received all the other items but cant find my premier artefact. Checked my inventory, bank and diango.

Some players report not having the artefact but can still use it through the aura interface so check your aura interface to see if you can get the benefits of it anyway.

When you check with Diango, you have to talk to him about it as the artefact is not found in the stored items interface.

I renewed my premier today and i didnt get the extra bank space or the gold crown where do we mine the coal and iron for the lumby achievements

same problem i have no premier artifact and the aura refresh might work but I can not access the 50% porter, slayer or 10%xp boot benefits

, have you tried talking to Diango?
Don't look in his stored items interface, you have to actually talk to Diango.

, use the search term 'Premier Club Reward Token' in the search threads box above and you will find other threads with the same topic as your post.
You will be able to add your voice on the issue in those threads.
