Hi all,

I wanten to buy the Gold Premiere which is available right now (yay!). I already had an active subscription (3 month subscription, renewable) which I cancelled because I got a message that I was not eligible for Premiere Club. I thought the reason was my active membership, so I cancelled the one I had.

After cancellation it's still unavailable and when I open up the regular membership packages, they are unavailable aswell. do I need to wait until me last renewed 3 month membership is expired (that's after the premiere club is available on the 23rd of september.

Do I need to wait a day or so and get back to the store?

If your current membership was paid through a mobile app store (Google Play/Apple Pay) you cannot purchase Premier Club until the app store bought membership is fully used up and the account returned to F2p.

I am sorry, but just cancelling the subscription isn't enough.
The account has to have used it all up and no longer be a member.

If that means you miss out on this Summer Premier Club promotion then that cannot be fixed.
The next regular Premier Club goes on sale in about three months time.
