Not eligible for Premier Club?

I have never been a Premier Club member or VIP or whatever
I currently have only a normal 3 month recurring membership and it says I am not eligible for the Premier Club and I don't understand why.
I checked the support page for the Premier Club membership and found no useful information for my situation.

If your current subscription is paid through a mobile app (Google Play/Apple Pay) you cannot purchase Premier Club.

You would have to cancel your mobile app based subscription and then try purchasing Premier Club.
If you still can't purchase Premier Club you might have to wait until your mobile app based subscription is all used up and the account returns to F2p before trying to buy.

The information about not being able to buy Premier Club is mentioned on the Purchasing Premier Club information page.

Mobile subscriptions are handled by their respective owners, i.e., Google or Apple. It makes sense that you cannot add more membership via a different method because 1) Jagex doesn't control Google or Apple and 2) you will be adding membership via Premier Club, which is indeed owned by Jagex but one that Google or Apple cannot control. With that being said, I'd definitely follow the excellent advice provided above by Malua. If you follow her steps enumerated above, you should be able to take advantage of Premier Club.

As Far as I remember , I never purchased The mobile app.
I have been part of the beta testing and it carried over.
I have never linked any cards to google for payments either.
I have been a long term Jagex member of RS for years now.
I don't see why such a thing can occur.
Above Malua suggests I cancel mobile.
How would I do that?
Do I just uninstall the app?
I am fully confused ATM.
Or could it be that I already have Premier Club 2021, and am only eligible for 2020 in NOV?
Is there a contact number for Jagex in Australia?

Why not?
Because you already have it.

The Purchasing Premier Club support page covers this.
Summer Premier Club is only available to players who did not purchase Premier Club at the start of the year.

When I suggested above OP cancels mobile, I was replying to the OP, not to you.
You then posted "I have come across the same" but you didn't tell us you already had Premier Club.
The whole answer I gave above does not apply to your case and no, you don't need to uninstall your mobile app.

I uninstalled the app prior to hearing from you.
I had a midway step on Yak Trak.

Is this why the current Yaktrack has gone back to step 1.

Or is it just a new story line?

What ever the case.
