As Far as I remember , I never purchased The mobile app.
I have been part of the beta testing and it carried over.
I have never linked any cards to google for payments either.
I have been a long term Jagex member of RS for years now.
I don't see why such a thing can occur.
Above Malua suggests I cancel mobile.
How would I do that?
Do I just uninstall the app?
I am fully confused ATM.
Or could it be that I already have Premier Club 2021, and am only eligible for 2020 in NOV?
Is there a contact number for Jagex in Australia?
