Basicly on 5th this month my membership should be resubscribed via google play ... but it didnt . i did it manualy again . Now membershišp icon is grey once i hover over it it says i am a member and should play on member worlds ... but i cant . on 6th i got inbox message confirming my payment ... but im still not a member . its starting to piss me off since i am already behind 2 days i could be using dxp . I have screenshots to provide too ...

It can take up to 24 hours for a membership paid through Google Play to activate.
How long have you waited?
If the 24 hours has ended and membership has still not been applied, you need to contact Google Play support for assistance ( link to Google Play help on this page )

The only other reason that could have caused this is if you paid for the wrong Runescape account.
Check the confirmation of payment message you have received to see if the correct account is listed.
If you find the wrong account was paid for, you will have to claim a refund from Google Play as Jagex cannot transfer mobile app based memberships.

first buy was on 5th second attermt was on 6th ... i did refound it now . but subscribtion is still active on jagex side , also it is active for this account , no other accounts according to Jagex billing . :/ i guess ill need to wait another day for refound to come trough on Jagex side ... than i can try again , hopefully ... but timing sucks , everything went wrong when i needed to play the most . i hope i still catch a day of dxp .
